Markus Wilken PhD, is a developmental psychologist and infant mental health professional from Essen Germany who works with babies and children with post-traumatic feeding disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. His focus is on the importance of re-establishing positive relationships with food, caregivers and self.
Diana Montoya-Williams MD, neonatologist from Children's Hospital Philadelphia. Her passion centers around the drivers of racial and ethnic disparities in infant health outcomes and resilience in pregnancy. Dr. Montoya-Williams actively engages in immigrant child health advocacy and is a medical podcaster.
Rebecca Chuffo-Davila, NNP-BC, TIP is a practicing neonatal nurse practitioner and researcher at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. Her research work has focused on implementing the concept of listening visits into NICU practice to support mothers during the postpartum period.
Marsha Campbell-Yeo, PhD, NNP is a world-leading researcher in neonatal care and pain management from Nova Scotia, Canada. She is one of the founders of the international research group PEARL – Pain in Early Life – based at Örebro University conducting groundbreaking research in neonatal care, and international collaborations to advance infant health.
Emily Hills OT, CNT, NTMC, TIP and Lindsay Hardy OT, TIP are pediatric occupational therapists from London, England who are co-founders of Sensory Beginnings Ltd an organization whose mission is to empower and encourage those working within neonatal, perinatal and early intervention to provide the best possible sensory-informed care for babies, their families and the staff supporting them.
Christy Gliniak PhD, OTR/L, CNT, CPXP, NTMC is associate professor at Fielding Graduate University for Infant and Early Childhood Development, holds a leadership role with the National Association of Neonatal Therapist, is a board member of the National Perinatal Association and has an affinity for research on trauma-informed care implementation in the NICU.
Samantha Butler PhD is the attending Developmental and Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Program at Boston Children's Hospital. She is also the Director of the National NIDCAP Training Center and an Associate Professor in Psychiatry (Psychology) at Harvard Medical School whose research focuses on neurodevelopmental outcomes and supports for infants with congenital heart disease.
Britt Pados PhD, NNP, IBCLC, TIP is a clinician, research, author, educator and founder of Infant Feeding Care, LLC. The mission of Dr. Pados' research is to conduct clinically-relevant, high-impact, and innovative research on feeding-related problems in infants and young children. Her clinical practice emphasizes wholistic, trauma-informed evaluation and support.
Kristy Fuller OTR/L, CNT, CLC, TIP is an author, speaker and passionate leader in the area of trauma-informed occupational therapy and co-developer of the Trauma Informed Professional Certificate program at Caring Essentials Collaborative, LLC. Her most recent manuscript explores the concept of enjoyment in preterm infants.
Tara DeWolfe PT, DPT, CNT, CLC, TIP is an author and a leader in the daily operations at Caring Essentials Collaborative, LLC and Way to Grow Pediatric Therapy, LLC. Tara is a co-developer of the Trauma Informed Professional Certificate Program. Her passion is creating nurturing experiences for babies, children and their families as well as supporting professionals to align with their true purpose.
Mary E. Coughlin, MS, NNP, NCC-E, TIP, Caritas Coach®, is the president and founder of Caring Essentials Collaborative, LLC. Mary pioneered the concept of trauma informed, developmental care for babies, families, and professionals in the NICU. She’s a published author, a global leader, and, above all, a visionary who sees a future where healthcare is not just about treating symptoms but about healing hearts and souls.
